The Greenside Bar & Grill, located inside the clubhouse at Lake Valley Golf and Country Club, is the perfect setting in which to experience your special moment, whether it be your wedding, bridal shower, bachelor party or any other event — especially nourishment during a fun day of golf.
There is a full-service bar and kitchen with a delightful staff to handle all your needs, and the dining room overlooks the golf course. Visitors can look out the windows and enjoy the scenic surrounds of the Lake of the Ozarks area while enjoying their favorite refreshment. The Greenside’s friendly and cozy atmosphere, as well as menu items including sandwiches, sides and appetizers make it the perfect place to finish an enjoyable day of golf.
Breakfast starts at 9 a.m. with yummy dishes including breakfast burritos, pancakes, French toast, omelets and biscuits and gravy to fuel your morning on the links.
Take a break for lunch and try one of their many sandwiches or burgers, a pizza or a “Tee Box Sandwich.” After your golf day is done, sit down to a leisurely dinner of steak, pork chop, fish, pasta or more, accompanied by your favorite drink. The bar features a full offering of the finest spirits, and ice cold beer is available on tap, as well as a good assortment of cans and bottles. Coolers are available to take your favorite beverage with you onto the golf course. Be sure to enjoy a cold beverage on the deck overlooking the 18th green.
If you need a place to hold a special event at the Lake, Lake Valley should be high on your list of options. It has been a favorite gathering spot for locals for many years,offering a full-service bar and kitchen. The banquet room allows for flexibility in laying out any event, and with its neutral colors accommodates any color scheme. Parmesan Baked Whitefish
6 7- to 9-ounce whitefish filets (pangasius)
⅔ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup Chives, snipped
1 tablespoon Garlic herb seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Place fish fillets on greased sheet pan. Mix all remaining ingredients well and spread thickly on fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so, until fish is flaky. Let stand for 3 minutes to allow toppings to cool. Place on plate with your favorite sides and enjoy! Serves 6.
