Situated inside a barn on Horseshoe Bend is a Lake of the Ozarks gem known as The Barn-B-Que. The Barn was built in the 1850s in Oak Harbor, Ohio, and carefully transported to the Lake and reassembled two years ago. Inside the restaurant, beautiful chandeliers hang
from the ceiling among and handcrafted beams and pillars remaining from the past. The Barn-B-Que is a craft smokehouse that smokes meat in small batches frequently to provide guests with the freshest barbecue possible. 3 street taco flour tortillas
3 ounces slow-smoked brisket
3 Tablespoons salsa verde
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro
2 Tablespoons green onions
2 Tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1 fresh lime.
