Another day, Lord, to do my work,

A Note of Compassion: Phylicia’s Legacy
“I was one of Carson’s field training officers. She was quite the character; as most new officers just listen. Carson always wanted to know why and did not care if she made me think about my answer. She wanted to serve her community and make it a better place for those who needed our help. Her niche was taking drunk drivers off our roads, but at the same time, she would give those people arrested advice. She is very missed, not only by our department but by the community she served.”
