“Our friends and family all love wine and bourbon—so when we were trying to find a storage solution, Shawn suggested putting it behind the fireplace. It turned out to be
one of our favorite features in the house,” said homeowner Mike Roberts, referring to project manager Shawn Kemper.

“We wanted an open floor plan, but also spaces where people could naturally gather,” noted the Roberts family. “Cindy helped us find a layout that worked beautifully with our large family and entertaining style.”

“My husband wanted the big automatic doors that opened to a screened-in porch, and they ran with it. It’s heated and totally comfortable. You feel like you’re outside, but you’re bug-free and cozy. It’s absolutely perfect,” the homeowner said.

“We wanted a space where the grandkids could have fun and feel at home, while still giving the adults space to gather downstairs. The upstairs turned out even better than we imagined.”
