Bear Creek Valley Restaurant opened along with the golf course in 2001, planning just to be a simple amenity for the players. Since then, due to the great food and service, it has grown into a stand-alone business.
Owners Shirrel and Nancie Duncan wanted golfers to be able to end their rounds with a relaxing experience.
