  • House-smoked pork loin
  • Roast beef
  • Pastrami
  • White American cheese
  • House-made secret bistro sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Lightly grill the focaccia roll. Layer the pork loin, roast beef, and pastrami evenly. Top with white American cheese. Warm on a flat top or press until the cheese melts, and the meat is heated through. Finish with Bear Creek’s house-made bistro sauce. Slice and serve warm.
