THE MAGIC & COMEDY OF TAYLOR REED brought holiday cheer to Main Street Music Hall on December 4 with an evening of magic and comedy that gave back to the community. Hosted by L•O PROFILE Magazine and Taylor Reed Magic, the event featured a special collaboration with the Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association. Through partnership, the magi- cal performance provided much-needed entertainment, creating unforgettable memories for the children during this special time of year.
THE 2ND ANNUAL PINK OUT PARTY took place on Saturday, October 19, at The Encore Lakeside Grill & Sky Bar. The event raised funds and awareness for breast cancer care and clinical research while celebrating survivorship. Attendees dressed in pink and enjoyed live music from Midnight Rodeo, a Kansas City-based country band. Highlights included a “Best Dressed in Pink” contest, a silent auction, and special recognition for survivors.
THE 23RD ANNUAL CADV BRUNCH took place on Wednesday, October 16, at the Regalia Hotel & Conference Center in Lake Ozark, Missouri. The event, themed “Back to Prom,” brought together over 800 attendees to support Citizens Against Domestic Violence (CADV). The brunch raised over $180,000 to aid local domestic violence vic- tims and programs. Helping to make the event a success in raising both awareness and vital funds for this important cause. L•O PROFILE was a proud sponsor and attendee.

L•O PROFILE celebrated its 17th anniversary on Thursday, September 5, with a spectacular Launch Social at Camden on the Lake Resort in the elegant Harbor Room. The evening featured a selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres and desserts, all skillfully prepared live by the resort’s talented chef. The gathering included patrons, advertisers, and nonprofits, coming together to honor the “Ambassadors of Hope.” This prestigious group included Jan Amos, Adrienne Anderson, Scarlett Araúz, Caitlyn Bishop, Minette Buhr, Carolyn Davinroy, Stephanie Dominique, Sharon Haughey, Dr. Michael Janssen, Mark McAdams, and Joann Rutherford. These extraordinary individuals were recognized for their contributions and ability to inspire others through their resilience and achievements. Their stories were highlighted, and L•O PROFILE donated to their selected charities. The event also celebrated the A-List Young Professionals’ impactful generational leadership and commitment to their family businesses. Overall, L•O PROFILE contributed over $5,000 to 23 different charities, making the anniversary event a significant success and showcasing the community’s dedication to growth and support.
THE 36TH ANNUAL LAKE OF THE OZARKS SHOOTOUT was one of the largest Lake events, featuring thrilling races and local festivities. Kicking off with the 15th Annual Mini Shootout at Ha Ha Tonka on August 16-18, the excitement continued with the SHOOTOUT Hall of Fame Dinner on August 20 at The Lighthouse in Sunrise Beach, followed by the SHOOTOUT Street Party on August 21 at Bagnell Dam. The Poly Lift Boat Lifts SHOOTOUT Poker Run took place on August 23, alongside a live auction. The main event, the SHOOTOUT races, was held on August 24-25 at Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill. L•O PROFILE proudly sponsored the event, cele- brating this unsanctioned race’s community and charity spirit. Known for powerful boats racing at speeds exceeding 200 mph, the SHOOTOUT captivates fans. It emphasizes THE community spirit, with proceeds benefiting local charities, making it a memorable celebration of speed and camaraderie on the lake.
LAKE OF THE OZARKS 17TH ANNUAL BIKEFEST was held September 11-15. Thousands of mo- torcycle enthusiasts from all over the United States enjoyed scenic rides around the Lake of the Ozarks, including over three hundred biker-friendly bars, restaurants, hotels, and campgrounds. This four-day event, sponsored by Aaron Sachs and Associates and many others, featured vendor villages, concerts, mapped rides, and a passport run. Jessica Clark was announced as the winner of the bike giveaway, a 2023 Heritage Softail 120th Anniversary Edition Harley-Davidson courtesy of Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson. THE 2024 CONCERT SERIES at Ozarks Amphitheater featured performances by Koe Wetzel, Justin Moore, Cypress Hill, Foreigner, and Brantley Gilbert. Fans enjoyed a variety of music and festivities, including the Food Truck Festival, this season.
