Food on the Fairways
There is one part of golf most golfers have mastered and it’s not putting or chipping, it is food and beverage on the fly and of course the postgame recap in the 19th hole. Mark Spears’ Journey FROM THE PITCH TO PREMIER LAKE DINING
Mark Spears, managing partner of 1932 Reserve, took an unconventional path to becoming a prominent restaurateur at Lake of the Ozarks. Before opening 1932 Reserve, Sushi by R, and Driftwood Kitchen & Butcher, Spears honed his leadership skills as an All-American college soccer goalie, later playing professionally for the Kansas City Wizards, the Indiana Blast, and Derry City FC in Ireland.
